emm...I tried the Andro rag-doll demo but but it doesn't work in 3drad 6.39 :(

It works ok with my 6.39
All files have been zipped with their path info. The root of the path is "3D Rad".....check that you have unzipped to the correct location and that all the sub-folders and files have been installed correctly ?
Other than that,I can offer no other explanation.
