I'm glad my blog has helped to inspire your interest in realtime 3D Graphics. That has been one of my main reasons in building this website.
As far as the learning is concerned, I would suggest you get hold of the latest version of 3DRad and join the User's Forum on the 3DRad website (if you have not done so already). There is a ton of helpful members there, beginners and experienced, who will readily guide you through any learning difficulties you might experience.

well..it had to happen sometime! fascinating, but as an original meccano man, i just love feeling those REAL tiny nuts and bolts between my fingertips...Yet, this opens up a whole new window in creating new and much more complex models; the future has arrived and really neat that meccano can still play a role in it!
